Workflows
1. A logged-in user needs to add, edit, or delete a project, organized by city or region. A “project” is typically generated by a broker, and includes all relevant data needed by their client to decide where to make their next commercial purchase. This data includes demographic, investment, jobs, population, education levels, and so on, all using a map-based interface.
2. Map view showing demographic information overlay.
Map-based data with a variety of data based on demographic information, such as Job Centers, Population Level, Education Level, etc.
Users can overlay more than one data set at the same time.
From Coming Development, users can see how an area will change based on future commercial development.
Users can switch between a map view or a listing view.
Explore, save, share or print more information about the land.
4. Registered users can set up alerts for designated areas.
