AirMusic Mobile App Design
AirMusic is a new way to watch concerts using drone technology. Using a fleet of drone cameras, a concert lover can watch a show from anywhere in the world via their smartphone. During a show, users can switch viewpoints at will, from close ups, to an aerial view of the venue. After the concert, they get a recording of the show they just saw, all from one touch on their phone.

Problems
The concert is sold out.
Even when you’re at a show, it’s crowded, and you’re far away from the stage.
Other frustrating issues associated with being at a concert, such as long lines, bad views, loud people.

After I found these problems, I did some research online.

Personas
I created personas based on the user research and my target audience. The persona also ensures the users’ goals and frustrations aligned with what I though as I progressed with the design. I also created a user journey map based on different scenarios from my user interviews.

Strengths

The video quality needs to be good quality in all concerts.
Always needs to have a signal.
Need to watch concerts with Wifi.
Need to check that the drone’s battery will last through the concert.
Opportunities
Allows more people to watch concerts even when the tickets sold out.
Decreases the traffic and parking problem at the venue.
Makes a platform to connect new technology, artists, and audiences.
Threats
Ensure every drone works in all concerts.
Make sure the user can choose viewpoints they really want.
Ensure audience who is at the concert doesn’t destroy the drones.

Never miss a show again! With our drones, you watch any show on earth, whether it’s sold out or not!
